A new build from inception, this project saw Birdblack Design engaged at the earliest stage, guiding the evolution of the brief while refining spatial planning and functionality in parallel with the architecture.
The clients were drawn to a darker, more atmospheric interior; anchored in a contemporary industrial aesthetic. Clean lines, squared edges, and a disciplined sense of symmetry informed the design, creating a seamless dialogue between interior and built form.

The studio curated and resolved key spaces throughout the home, including the Kitchen, Bar, Butler’s Pantry, Laundry, and Exterior finishes, as well as three Bathrooms. The Primary Ensuite stands as the centrepiece: an elevated, sculptural expression within the home.
